Every homeowner who contacts Spinnonsense Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page shows how to complain and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Still, Spinnonsense Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@spinnonsense.garden and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached out to us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What went wrong and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
